All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below and may be changed from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. 

1. Your purchase or order of goods adheres to lawful purposes and any other use that is deemed illegal are strictly prohibited. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. 

2. All contents included in this site such as text, graphics, logos and images are copyright materials and represent exclusive property of New World, and therefore protected by international copyright laws. You are not permitted to transact, copy, reproduce, transmit, upload, download or modify any of these contents without prior written consent to us.

3. New World may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without prior notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) currency. All payment and charges through credit card, debit card and Paypal will be processed in Malaysia Ringgit. We accept payment in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) currency via local bank transfer for Malaysian customers only.

4. New World reserves the right to terminate users' access to the site without notice for acts or conducts on the part of the users that are construed as a violation of the existing applicable law and which would deemed prejudicial to our business activities.

5. New World will use commercially reasonable efforts through our courier service to deliver products as quickly as possible to your destination. However, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Our authorised retailer, Paypal.com accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo for payment. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been verified.

7. We will start shipping the items you ordered or purchased within 1 business day after payment has been verified by us. As the product is shipped from a courier service in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (Borneo), it will normally take about 2-4 weeks to arrive at its final destination on normal delivery service.

8. In some countries, import duties and taxes are imposed on goods received from overseas. You are responsible to pay these import duties and taxes before the items you ordered or purchased can be released from the customs office of your country.

9. In some countries, import of some certain goods requires import permit. You are responsible to own the required import permit before the items you ordered or purchased can be released by the appropriate authority in your country.

10. Cancellation or your ordered items is not possible once the order and payment has been processed. 

11. The information relating to products and services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do hold any responsibility of any kind, express or implied, as to the operations of this site and that the use of this website is at your sole risk. We shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

12. We do not warrant that the use of this website shall be free of viruses or error-free and duly uninterrupted. We reserve the right to make any change necessary including, but not limited to information, contents, materials, products and policies at any time
